What to include

A good bug report gets fixed faster. Please include as much of the following as possible:

The tool or page

Name the tool or page where the issue occurred, and include the URL if possible.

Steps to reproduce

Describe exactly what you did before the issue appeared — inputs entered, buttons clicked, and in what order.

Expected vs actual result

What did you expect to happen, and what actually happened instead?

Browser and device

Your browser name and version (e.g. Chrome 123), operating system, and device type (desktop, tablet, phone).

Screenshots or screen recordings are always welcome and help us identify the problem quickly.

Response times

Bug reports and broken tool issues are our highest priority. We aim to acknowledge reports within 1–3 business days and resolve confirmed issues as quickly as possible.
