Include the tool name, your browser and operating system, a step-by-step description of what went wrong, and what you expected to happen. Screenshots help.
Tool request
Describe what the tool should do, what input it takes, and what you'd use it for. The more specific, the better.
General question
Check the FAQ first — most common questions are answered there.
Business inquiry
Include your company name, website, and a brief description of what you have in mind.
Response times
We aim to respond within 2–5 business days. Bug reports and broken tools are prioritised. Tool requests are reviewed periodically — we may not reply to every request individually, but all emails are read.
We do not offer phone support or live chat.
